Meet Dr. Lewis

Dr. Lewis was born in Spokane, Washington and was raised in Moscow, Idaho.  He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Washington in Seattle where he was also an active member of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity and participated in several local and international charitable projects through his church.

In 1998, he then earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.  During dental school, Dr. Lewis published research in a nationally recognized dental journal.  His research dealt with the detection of blockages in the carotid arteries with dental X-rays.

Dr. Lewis spent his first three years after dental school as an officer in the United States Navy.  His first year was spent completing a one-year residency in general dentistry and was awarded the Naval Achievement Medal for finishing at the top of his residency class. Dr. Lewis then served as Dental Officer aboard a ship which sailed from Bremerton, Washington to the Persian Gulf and back.

Dr. Lewis has been in private practice since January 2002 on the shores of Lake Union near downtown Seattle.  He lives in Seattle with his wife and two young children. He enjoys spending time with his family exploring Seattle's many parks as well as keeping involved at his local YMCA and church activities.  His other interests include golf, running, photography and experiencing Seattle’s outstanding restaurants and entertainment.
